Receptionist
Answer phones, emails and inquiries while providing helpful, professional, and exceptional customer service reflective of the organization;
Greet visitors, determines need, and announces them appropriately in a professional, polite and timely manner;
Manage front-end security by following procedures, monitoring log book, issuing visitor badges, providing visitor safety orientations and reporting suspicious activity;
Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, organize courier deliveries and accept and sign for packages;
Maintain all phone/address lists for the project;
Prepare correspondence, documents, update databases, spreadsheets, photocopy, fax and other special projects when assigned;
Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirement:
Minimum education level of a High School Diploma is required;

One to three years
2-3 years Reception experience preferred
Available to work 10 hours per day, 4 days per week;
Intermediate level computer skills in MS Office products including Outlook, Skype Business, Excel, Word and other programs.
