By joining our Sales Operations team, you will be adding to the ongoing growth and success of our team at Fiserv.

Handling the virtual back-office is essential to our ongoing success. Your daily contribution and focus on details will ensure our sales teams can focus on selling, while you provide crucial operational support. In this position, you’ll wear multiple hats throughout the workday while prioritizing the most meaningful tasks. You’ll be involved in many aspects of the sales process, including contract management and updating various selling and financial systems. Using your interpersonal communication strengths, you’ll interact with sales teams, finance, legal and other Fiserv operational teams. A self-actuated, enthusiastic learner with an innate curiosity, attention to detail, timeliness, and the ability to find and initiate solutions will thrive in this highly collaborative environment.

Basic Qualifications For Consideration:
Bachelors Degree
Proven ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner both written and verbally.
Ability to juggle priorities and work under pressure in a fast past sales environment.
Ability to use good judgement with information that is presented for processing.
Ability to engage with multiple Card Services departments and associates.
Excellent administrative, clerical, record-keeping and computing skills are essential.
Proficient with MS Office – especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Salesforce.com
AdditionalResponsibilities:
In concert with the Contract Specialist and other Sales Operations associates, audit and analyze detailed pricing models and contracts to ensure they match and conform to process documents.
Update and maintain client and sales data in various databases and in-house applications as part of a shared workflow.
Review and approve sales opportunities in SalesForce (SFDC).
Process Agreements such as Non-disclosures (NDA), Network, Electronic Benefits Transfers (EBT), Tokenization and others.

One to three years

3+ years of experience in a Contract Management, Sales Support or Sales Operations role in a data-intensive environment.
