Technical Sales Support
The Technical Sales Support will p rovide Lonza customers (externally and internally) with superior service and support related to technical product information, product applications and samples. This role will be primarily supporting Lonza’s Consumer Products line of business and is integral to the sales team’s success.
Primary Responsibilities
Supporting the business by administering and promptly respond to all technical inquiries, sample requests and technical literature requests.
Build, develop and maintain databases to ensure the most efficient flow of information to customers and between internal departments.
Maintain current and accurate Product Data Sheets. Develop and implement internal communications processes to insure adequate, on going review of their accuracy.
Create new technical literature to support the business Teams (e.g. product data sheets, formulation data sheets). Propose and draft technical papers to address information gaps as identified by customer inquiries.
Support marketing and sales strategies established for channel partners through joint calls at target accounts, providing technical training, and trade show participation.

Required Language Skills

Required Experience
Three to five years
5 – 7 years marketing, sales or technical service experience in the allied chemicals industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrix organization
Able to effectively manage multiple priorities
Some US Domestic travel
